In 2002, NESI Inc. began offering RMA Center and Failure Analysis services.

Our meticulous record keeping and detailed data reporting permit our customers to feel confident out-tasking these services to NESI Inc. Our extreme flexibility and "can do" attitude allow us to provide these services in a very efficient and cost effective manner. We continually strive to improve our efficiency and make adjustments in order to fill our customer's needs.

Currently, NESI Inc. provides RMA Center and Failure Analysis services for some of the largest corporations in the computer industry. By testing the returned products and submitting reports, we provide the companies with the information they need to avoid potential manufacturing flaws, track defects, and improve the quality of their products. This also allows the companies to reduce their warranty claims by returning "No Defect Found" products to the vendors.
We securely dispose of defective products by recycling them, thereby protecting the environment.
